PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Deep East Texas Council of Government will conduct a public hearing at 5:05 p.m. on, November 12th, 2025, at 1405 Kurth drive, Lufkin, TX 75904 concerning a proposed amendment to the contract CDBG-MIT 22-082-019-D241 with the Texas General Land Office. This hearing will be held to discuss revisions in the activities within the grant. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact Deep East Texas Council of Governments at 936-634-2247 to arrange for such assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact 936-634-2247 at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
